- Size Issue: If the item you receive does not fit as expected, simply provide us with a photo of you wearing the jersey for confirmation. Once confirmed, you can pay a $15 shipping fee for re-sending, and we will arrange for a new shipment.
- Shipping Delay:
- If the declared shipping time is less than or equal to 30 days, and you are able to track the package online for more than 30 days, please contact us. We will promptly re-send the package to you free of charge.
- If the declared shipping time exceeds 30 days, and the time elapsed since you could track the package online is over 60 days, please contact us. We will re-send the package to you free of charge.
- Customs Detainment or Loss: If your package is unfortunately lost or detained by customs, please provide evidence to us. Upon confirmation, we will re-send the package to you free of charge and ensure its delivery.
